Navigating the budget and tax rate process is complicated and comes with plenty of rules and regulations to follow. Not a summary or high-level overview, this meeting is designed to supply information and facilitate a discussion of the intricacies of these processes among the people who will be performing the tasks.

The meeting is open to any officials or officers who are directly involved and responsible for these processes in their counties (i.e., county judges, county auditors, county treasurers, tax assessor-collectors and budget officers).

Registration for this meeting is maxed out. Please email Luz Hinojosa or Jackie Boone to get added to the waitlist. In case of cancellations, we will notify those on the waitlist of the opportunity to attend.

For more information, contact Jackie Boone or Luz Hinojosa at (800) 456-5974.

This year's conference theme is Enhance Your View! We are a diverse group of 254 professionals working together toward common goals — to educate, support and advance the office of county tax assessor-collector. TACA supports and promotes the idea that all county tax assessor-collectors have the opportunity to act together in order to solve mutual problems as a unified group.
