This series of roundtable discussions is hosted by the county judge in each location and the Texas Association of Counties. These sessions will review the 87th legislative session, pretrial services and DWI considerations, evictions, and other issues from the bench.
There is no cost to attend these roundtables. All materials will be provided by TAC at the roundtable.

The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. and end by 2:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided. The topics discussed will be:
- Legislative updates: What did the 87th session cost us?
- Pretrial services: cost vs. benefit and DWI considerations
- Evictions: moratoriums, appeals and other COVID issues
- Issues from the bench: civil trials, court reporters, transfers

There are no room blocks reserved for these roundtable meetings. If you need to stay overnight, we recommend calling the hotel and requesting a room at the state rate. The rates are based on hotel availability.
This program provides four hours of judicial education credit. There will be no CLE credit.
